This is a place for players, captains and fans of the Birkenhead Evening League and Bebington League to talk bowls — fixtures, results, handicaps, cup draws and everything in between. To keep it friendly and useful for everyone, please follow the guidelines below.

Do

• Be respectful. Debate the game, not the person. Banter is welcome; abuse is not.
• Keep it relevant. Post in the right category (Birkenhead League, Bebington League, Cups & Tournaments, Handicaps & Rules, General, Off Topic).
• Share knowledge. Questions about how handicaps work, how to read the averages, or how cup draws are made are all welcome — and answered.
• Use real names kindly. We track public league results, but please don't post private contact details or single anyone out for criticism.
• Enjoy the emojis. Use the bowls emoji picker to spice up your posts.
• Report problems. If something looks wrong in the data or a post is out of order, flag it to a moderator.

:x: Don't

• No personal attacks, swearing or harassment. This will result in posts being removed and access being revoked.
• No spam or self-promotion. Off-topic advertising has no place here.
• Don't post match results before they're official. Let the sync pipeline publish them first.
• Don't share private data. Phone numbers, addresses, or anything covered by GDPR — including requesting another player's removal (use the Request Removal page instead).
• Don't troll the handicaps. The system is transparent for a reason; if you disagree with a figure, raise it constructively under Handicaps & Rules.

A few rules

1. Membership is approved. New accounts are reviewed by an admin before they can post.
2. Moderators' decisions are final. Posts can be edited or removed at any time to keep the forum healthy.
3. One account per person.
